Take a new file of 500 pixels,200 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

Take the Rounded Rectangle Tool and use these settings.

First start by making a new document, I’ll be using a document size of 300 x 300 pixels. Now fill the background with a very dark grey, I used #282828.
