Let`s start by creating a new file of 300×300px canvas size and fill the background with a black color.

Create a new layer(“Layer->New->Layer”).Now choose the “Ellipse Tool” and drag a circle of 200×200px.Hold the Shift Key while dragging to make a perfect circle.Doesn`t matter what color of the circle you choose right now.It`s your choise

With the new layer selected,go to “Layer->Layer Style->Blending Options” and add the next effects to your circle:

Now i am going to change the color of my document by double clicking on the Background layer

into the layer panel. Using Blending options Go to color overlay and color #4f5a66

To make the shape of the USB, i am Going to use Rounded Rectangle Tool

with Radius 30px.
