Take a new file of 300 pixels, 300 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode

into the layer panel. Using Blending options Go to color overlay and color #4f5a66

To make the shape of the USB, i am Going to use Rounded Rectangle Tool
with Radius 30px.

Now go to the Blending options Using Bevel and Emboss.

Take a new file of 250 pixels, 400 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
Create a shape with the help of Rectangle Shape Tool.
