Start this tutorial by making a new document.

Click on “Rounded Rectangle Tool” and make a rounded rectangle as shown

Right click on its layer and click on [ Rasterize Layer ].

Click on [ Rectangular Marquee Tool (M) ] and make a selection as shown.

Now press Del key.

Double click the layer or go to Layers->Blending options and apply settings as shown.

Result:

Now press Ctrl + N to create a new layer.

fill it by Black Colour #000000.
