The same applies when creating the Red Fur Balls simply use a Red Circle. To create the string coming down the Hat to the Fur Balls simply use the Pen Tool to create the paths and use a soft brush to stroke the path with. You should have something similar to this once done creating the Hat:

Step 7:
After creating the hat we want to add some small amounts of Snow on the hat to make it look like the Snow has fallen on the Snowman. To do this we are going to select the 1px brush with the color white selected and apply the following:

Using this new brush you are going to be adding the small amounts of snow to the Hat and Fur Balls your outcome should be something similar to what I have here, remember that you may apply as much as you like:
