Adjust Blending Options for this layer.
Make the duplicate layer with the help of Cntl+J, and now drag the Duplicate layer below the paper layer.
then take the “Eraser Tool” after that select the Orignal layer and erase the some parts like me.
After that select the duplicate layer then set the Opacity by 11%.
