Now create a shape over the previous shape as shown image below.
You should now have the following image.
Create a new layer, fill the selection with Black color.
Go to Blending Option use the following settings.
You should now have the following image.
Take the Shape Tool and choose this one.
Create a shape, make the selection, then take the Elliptical Marquee Tool use these settings.
Now create a shape over the previous shape as shown image below.
