Go to Blending Option use the following settings.
You should now have the following image.
Create a new shape with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool, fill with Black color.
Go to Blending Option use the following settings.
You should now have the following image.
Make the copy of Previous shape layer.
Take the Shape Tool and choose this one.
Create a shape, make the selection, then take the Rectangular Marquee Tool use these settings.
