Start by creating a blank document. Select the [ Rounded Rectangle Tool (U) ]
set color to “Black” and create a ‘Rounded Rectangle’ as shown.

Right Click on layer of Rounded Rectangle and click on [ Rasterize Layer ].

Make Style
Double click the layer or go to Layers->Layer Styles->Blending options
and apply settings as shown.

The Result:

Now using the [ Custom Shape Tool (U) ]

Set color to #000000 and pick the following shape.

Draw this shape as i have drew blow.

Now Go to Edit>Free Transform or press Ctrl+T to fit the shape.

Now press “Enter” key to apply.

It is nice to remove some leafs from our icon.
Use [ Polygonal Lasso Tool (L) ] to select and remove extra leafs.

Now pick [ Gradient Tool (G) ] and apply settings as shown.

Use [ Lock transparent pixels ] button to lock the layer.

Draw as shown.
